Stilll here
Hey everybody! Sorry I haven't posted the last week. I guess I'm still trying to get a routine down here. We are all doing good. Starting to miss home a little more. I'm going to register the kids for school tomorrow, hopefully they will be able to get them in really soon. I'll let you know how it goes.

This is only a way for you to realize what you had back in the land of the 'round eyes'. Sure everything is different, but brace the change and make the best of it. I was never stationed where you are but I think there is something to go and see or do. See if a Buddist temple is close by that you can visit. They are friendly people and as long as you respect their place of worship, the monks are glad to show you around. I visited one on Okinawa that had undergroun caves which were used as a safe place for the monks when they were being persacuted by the local government. Embrace the difference and soon you will see why every part of the world is different. Hang in there and all will be good.
